Welcome to Radlett Preparatory School’s Parent Teacher Association (P.T.A.), a very inclusive and important part of Radlett Prep School life.
We are extremely fortunate as we have a simple objective, which is to organise fun events for all of our children to enjoy. Secondary to this is our fundraising, which allows us to support the school by providing additional luxury items that can enrich the pupils and help the school to purchase supplementary facilities and items. Recently the PTA put money towards the Adventure Playground for the Middle and Upper School. We contributed towards the reading hut and the all-weather cricket pitch.
Each class has two PTA representatives. Generally this rotates every academic year. Class Representatives duties also involve organising social occasions and passing on information from the PTA to their class.
We also have an Executive Committee who help out with everything from second hand uniform sales, to collecting donations for our Annual Charity Raffle.
Second hand school uniform collections and sales are organised a couple of times a year but if you ever need anything, you can always speak to the second hand uniform coordinator.
Mrs Muthiah and Mrs Kotecha are the Co-Chairs of the PTA and are always happy to meet new parents and help with any questions you may have so please feel free to contact them via [email protected]
The PTA also run a second hand uniform online service for the purchasing uniform.
