Entry at 4+
Entry at the age of 4+ is by assessment. Each child begins full time education in the academic year in which he or she turns five (please see the table above for date/year of entry).

We hold ‘School In Action’ days every half term which start at 9.30am – 10.30am. If you would like to join one of our ‘School In Action’ days, please call us on 01923 856 812. Some of our School Ambassadors will take you on a tour, where you will have an opportunity to see the school, meet some pupils and ask any questions. This is followed by a tea/coffee, a presentation by our Principal or Vice Principal and chat with one or more of our Senior Leaders. Our next ‘School in Action’ will be on 25th June 2025.

Entry to Reception, starting in September 2026
The main assessment for children starting in September 2026 will held on 17th October 2025. You can register your child now and the deadline is 20th September 2025. Please call us for more information.
The assessments usually last for approximately one hour and parents are invited to stay for a cup of tea/coffee and talk with the Principal, Vice Principals, Senior Leaders and other members of the teaching staff. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
4+ Assessment – Offers
After a successful assessment your child will be offered a place in our Reception class for the following academic year and you have 2 weeks to accept or decline this offer. By accepting the offer you will be asked to sign and return the Acceptance Form & Term along with a deposit of £1500.00. Once we have received the deposit and Acceptance Form you will be sent a letter of confirmation and the date of the Reception Tea Party. An Infant Open Afternoon will also be held in the Summer Term.
Should you decide at any time after accepting the offer to withdraw your child before he/she has started, you will forfeit your deposit and may also be liable for half a term’s fees (see terms and conditions on the Acceptance Form).
