The children in Year 4 went on their first school residential trip.
It was a one-night stay in ‘pods’ in the forest . Thankfully the weather was beautiful and they had a fabulous time. 
They didn’t get much sleep, a lot of chatting and laughter and have come back this afternoon exhausted but full of stories. 
This trip is a great opportunity for children to build their confidence, learn new skills, make memories and have an amazing time with their friends. The children fully immersed themselves in the experience. Thankfully we have a long weekend and the children (and staff) have the extra day to recover!
