Wow! What an afternoon celebrating International Women’s Day with an afternoon of football. It was great to see so many girls playing and enjoying football with so much talent on show! Thank you to Watford FC player Anna Filbey who attended the event to share her experiences and inspire the next generation and chose her own MVP. Secondly thank you to all those that purchased a raffle ticket to win signed memorabilia and bought delicious donuts, we raised a substantial amount of money for our chosen charity of Women in Sport who support equality and opportunities to women and young girls through sport and physical education.
