On Wednesday 21st June, Year 2 had a visit to Whipsnade Zoo, linked to their Science learning about habitats. 
We were lucky to see tigers, bears, chimpanzees and penguins along with other animals and insects, but unfortunately the elephants did not come out to play!
We had an interesting talk about different habitats in the world and our guide was extremely impressed with our knowledge.
The weather stayed dry, the sun was out and the day was a great success.
