Today, Friday 11th November, we held a whole school assembly. The assembly was held by Mr King and Mrs Sklar.
After break time, all the children went outside to join in the national 2 minutes of silence, they were reminded of brave soldiers who gave so much to help us live our lives freely. 
The School Councillors of each Year Group placed a ceramic poppy, which were purchased a few years ago from the display at Windsor Castle, underneath our flagpole where the Union Jack was at half mast. 
The children were absolutely silent and we were all very proud of them.
Thank you to everyone who purchased poppies. We raised almost £400 for a very worthy cause.
