We are pleased to announce that we have been supporting National Thinking Day today.
National Thinking Day is a marked day celebrating the Scouting and Guiding community and the theme this year is ‘Our World, Our Equal Future’.
Members of Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts all wore their association uniforms to school today to mark the occasion.
The children spoke to their classes about what Thinking Day means to them.
Thinking Day was started in 1926 by the Girl Guide and Girl Scouts. It is a day to celebrate international friendship and a time to stand up for causes that improve the lives of girls around the globe.
They all looked very smart in their uniforms and they seemed very proud to be wearing them.
