This week went out with a BANG!
The Year 3 children have been busy over the last few weeks designing, painting and making wooden constellation pendants out of wood that has been collected from our very own grounds.
A big thank you to Mr Goodman and Mr Rout who very kindly cut and prepared the wood for us and supported the children using the tools. The children began by sanding the wood themselves with sandpaper and then very carefully hammering the nails into the wood. It was a very loud but productive afternoon and the children really enjoyed getting hands on with the tools.
3T will be completing their wooden pendants next Friday!
