Over the Half Term holiday the children were set a task of creating a 3D Woodland Trust design. This is to celebrate the 350 trees that will be planted in the school grounds this month. The trees have been kindly donated by the Woodland Trust.
The entries that we received were of such a high standard, it was very difficult to choose the winners. It was wonderful to see how creative the children had been! Some designs used a range of recycled materials as well as leaves, twigs, sugar, rice, Lego and different coloured beads.
All the children that entered received 5 house points.
The Highly Commended winners received 10 house points each and the winner from each year group received 20 house points. The year group winners will be having a special tea with the Senior Leadership on Tuesday 16th November.
Well done everyone, your designs were simply fantastic.
