Wednesday 8th May the author Sarah Cruddas visited Years 2 and 3 to talk about her new book, The Space Race: The Journey to the Moon and Beyond. Sarah is a journalist and television presenter who specialises in space exploration. 
She spoke to the children about working with Buzz Aldrin and her next project, which is travelling to Mars! 
The children asked lots of thoughtful questions and Sarah was very impressed with how informed our pupils are. She signed copies of her book after the session and pupils and teachers alike were ‘buzzing’ about her visit!
