Hertfordshire Schools League Chess Final Round 2017/2018

You are here: Home / Recent Events / Hertfordshire Schools League Chess Final Round 2017/2018

Radlett Prep had a clean sweep of trophies in the final round out of three in the Hertfordshire School League held on Wednesday, 7th March.

We sent three teams and these were the fantastic results:

Major League: Winners of the whole tournament with the most amount of points – gold medals, trophy and a silver cup were awarded to the School.

Minor League: Winners – gold medals and a trophy for the School.

Training League: Winners – gold medals and a trophy for the School.

An outstanding result that all players that participated should be very proud of.  Thank you to all the parent volunteers and Mr Kumar.  Good luck to all the children that are going on to play in the English Primary Schools Chess semi-final in May held in Bristol.
