Some very exciting news from Year 4, where some of our children have been chosen to be published in “The Magical Map – Imaginative Tales” as part of the Young Writers competition! The competition offered pupils the opportunity to embark on a Story Telling Journey. 
They were invited to write mini sagas (stories up to 100 words) about any time in any place, with an opportunity to be become a published author.
A package was sent out to Year 4 this week, which contained bookmarks, certificates for the pupils, and letters for both parents and adults, explaining everything, including the next steps for publication. The year group were absolutely delighted when they heard the news, and we are so proud of all the amazing progress Year 4 have made with their writing so far this year.
