As part of our Modern Languages French curriculum we held a ‘French Café’ for the children to visit. Today, 8th October children from Reception through to Year 2 attended. 
The hall was decorated and the children were encouraged to join in by wearing the colours of the French flag. 
The children had to ask, in French, for either a croissant, brioche, pain au chocolat or chocolate crêpe and a drink.
The children were all very excited and really enjoyed themselves.
Tomorrow, 9th October, children from Year 3 – Year 6 will attend.
